Adv. Omri Kaufman is considered as one of Israel’s leading litigators, with three decades of professional experience at some the highest levels of Israeli legal world.
In 1995, after graduating from Tel Aviv University Law School, where he served as the head of the law student council, Adv. Kaufman interned as a clerk for Israel's Supreme Court Chief Justice, Meir Shamgar. In 1998 he received an LL.M. from the American University in Washington DC, specializing in international law, subsequently working at a number of NGOs in the United States and Israel.
For the next twenty years, Adv. Kaufman practiced as a litigation attorney and senior partner at Goldfarb Seligman, one of Israel's biggest and most prominent law firms, where he served as Vice Head of the Litigation Department. Adv. Kaufman represented and advised clients, both domestic and international in hunderds of complex disputes before a wide range of courts and tribunals of the Israeli court system, including in Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures.
In 2020, Adv. Kaufman founded a boutique law firm, Omri Kaufman Advocates, committed to top elite litigation. The firm is located at the HaArba'a Towers at the heart of the 'city district' of Tel Aviv, and provides a wide range of legal expertise, including civil, commercial and administrative litigation, all relying on Adv. Kaufman's extensive practice, superior professionalism and his own direct personal involvement in every case.
Adv. Kaufman also serves personally as an arbitrator and mediator recommended among others by the Israeli Bar Association and the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration.
